I’m a real estate professional with over 7 years of hands-on experience in Toronto’s fast-moving midtown luxury market, where I’ve built a reputation for grit, discretion, and delivering results under pressure. In the past year alone, I’ve closed over $14.7M CAD (39.6M AED) in sales, representing buyers, sellers, and investors with a high-touch, solutions-driven approach.
My business runs on responsiveness, tenacity, and an ability to simplify complex deals without ever losing sight of the client experience. Having lived and worked in both Toronto and London, I’m now ready to bring that global perspective, resilience, and work ethic to a top-performing team in Dubai’s competitive real estate market.
Why am I leaving Toronto?
Despite a stable and rewarding real estate career in Toronto, I’ve grown increasingly concerned about Canada’s direction—socially, politically, and economically. Rising uncertainty, market instability, growing lack of appeal for investors, and policy volatility have prompted me to look ahead. Through ongoing research, conversations with clients and friends who have relocated, and a deep dive into Dubai’s real estate sector, I strongly believe the UAE is emerging as a global centre for growth, innovation, and opportunity. Dubai’s safety, tax-free environment, and long-term vision for development make it especially appealing. My wife, originally from Kuwait and running a successful skincare practice in Toronto, fully supports this transition as we look forward to being closer to her family and embracing a more vibrant, year-round lifestyle. Together, we’re excited to bring our expertise and energy to a region we believe represents the future.
