I’m a real estate professional with over 7 years of hands-on experience in Toronto’s fast-moving midtown luxury market, where I’ve built a reputation for grit, discretion, and delivering results under pressure. In the past year alone, I’ve closed over $14.7M CAD (39.6M AED) in sales, representing buyers, sellers, and investors with a high-touch, solutions-driven approach.

My business runs on responsiveness, tenacity, and an ability to simplify complex deals without ever losing sight of the client experience. Having lived and worked in both Toronto and London, I’m now ready to bring that global perspective, resilience, and work ethic to a top-performing team in Dubai’s competitive real estate market.

Why am I leaving Toronto?

Despite a stable and rewarding real estate career in Toronto, I’ve grown increasingly concerned about Canada’s direction—socially, politically, and economically. Rising uncertainty, market instability, growing lack of appeal for investors, and policy volatility have prompted me to look ahead. Through ongoing research, conversations with clients and friends who have relocated, and a deep dive into Dubai’s real estate sector, I strongly believe the UAE is emerging as a global centre for growth, innovation, and opportunity. Dubai’s safety, tax-free environment, and long-term vision for development make it especially appealing. My wife, originally from Kuwait and running a successful skincare practice in Toronto, fully supports this transition as we look forward to being closer to her family and embracing a more vibrant, year-round lifestyle. Together, we’re excited to bring our expertise and energy to a region we believe represents the future.

    Representing an exclusive off-market listing for a client who purchased in 2023 to build a custom residence but later revised their plans. The property includes approved architectural plans for over 7,000 SQFT of luxury living space. Client has opted for a private sale without MLS exposure. This follows a prior successful flip I managed for the same client, resulting in a profit of nearly $1,000,000 (2,680,000 AED).

    Achieved the highest listing price of my career for a luxury property. Although the sale didn’t proceed due to seller pricing expectations, I was personally selected by a prominent finance professional—over more senior agents within his network—highlighting the strength of my reputation and client trust. Property has not been re-listed since, and I have continued to work with this client.

    Advised seller on strategic upgrades and staging to enhance presentation. Executed an offer-night strategy, resulting in multiple bids and a sale over asking within 17 days.

    Helped clients purchase a spacious unit in a low-turnover boutique building. Strategically avoided bidding competition and negotiated a below-asking purchase.

    Previously unsold for 6 months with another broker. Repositioned the property with a targeted investor strategy, including detailed financials and full marketing. Advised sellers on aligning price with investor expectations, resulting in a successful sale within 10 days.

    Sourced off-market for buyer client who didn’t like anything listed in the building. Converted seller into a client and successfully represented both parties in the transaction.

    Helped buyer secure a coveted south-facing unit overlooking greenery in sought-after Yorkville, Toronto. Navigated a competitive offer scenario and successfully negotiated below the seller’s asking price.

    Acquired a newly renovated duplex for an investor client before it hit the market. Negotiated favorable terms to meet target cap rate and future development potential, avoiding competition entirely.

    Helped buyer secure a timeless home in a highly sought-after family neighbourhood within 3 days of listing, despite strong competing interest.

  • SOLD. 286 & 288 Runnymede Ave.

    Negotiated tenant vacancies across two properties to meet buyer expectations. Sold to two separate buyers and coordinated with lawyers and all relevant parties to complete a complex land severance over 6 months.

    Assisted an elderly buyer in acquiring a larger unit within her current building to maintain comfort and familiarity. Negotiated favorable terms and a flexible closing timeline to allow for the successful listing and sale of her existing condo in the following weeks, ensuring a smooth transition without the need for interim housing.
